Fresh herbs are infused into salt to capture their flavors all year round. This blend has strong flavors of garlic and basil with undertones of monarda/bee balm. Monarda has a very similar flavor to oregano & thyme.
Ingredients: a blend of red and white sea salts, fresh garlic, fresh basil, fresh bee balm/monarda, fresh parsley
Comes in a plant-based commercially compostable bag.
All herbs in this product were grown by us using beyond organic growing methods on our small farm in Appalachian hills of Kentucky.
